Physical Activity PDF Print
Physical activity is important for all of us at all ages. As part of our Change for Grange programme we have launched the Grange Get Active Logs. They work in a simular way to reading records. When children take part in physical activity that raises their heart rate, they can have the time that they were active for recorded in their log book. Activity can take place in PE lessons and outside of school. It might be walking the dog, karate lessons, running about in the park, dance classes or even active exercise on the wii fit! Children need to fill in their logs everyday and those who have done well will be commended in assembly.
