Maths is an area that many parents and guardians find difficult to develop at home, as methods often altered from the way in which we were taught ourselves.

At Grange we have a Maths continuum which details the progession in formal written methods for the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Although the continuum has an expected level per year group, children work at the level that is appropriate to their age, their understanding and their ability.
